About Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer's convenience.

In the unlikely event that there is a defect, we will immediately exchange it for a new product of the same product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
・Used, washed or cleaned products
・Products without accessories, product tags, or bags
・Products with odors, scratches, or stains from customers
・Products with damaged packaging (bags/boxes, etc.)

Depending on the device you are using, the colors and textures on the screen may differ from the actual ones. The color of the image is not treated as our defect. If you would like to know more about the size, color, shape, texture, etc., please contact us before purchasing.
